If your order contains pet products and apparel, free shipping is not applicable as items ship from different locations. 

Orders will be shipped Royal Mail two day shipping, tracked. 

Orders will dispatch within two business days. Orders should arrive within two business days from shipment and you will receive tracking information by email once your order ships. If your order has not arrived within ten days, please let us know: onlineshop@woodgreen.org.uk
